Rules & Regulations for State Level Photographic Competition-2020
There will be 4(four) Awards for the most outstanding Photography and Honorary mention to 8 Photographs also each. Award will carry cash Prize of Rs. 50,000/- each and Honorary mention Photographs will carry cash Prize of Rs. 10,000/- each.

There will be no entry fee for participating in the competition.
All participants must be above 18 years of age. Submissions can be made through Online by the participant.
All submissions must be the entrant’s own work, and they must own the copyright to any photographs entered.
Each entry in this photo contest should carry along with your Full Name, Mobile no; E-mail Id, Postal address, and captions/ a brief description of the photograph and why you like it.
Maximum four photographs of one participants will be accepted.
Photos must meet the following requirements: JPG or JPEG file format, digital image (JPEG format not less than 300 dpi, with the smaller size not less than 2400 pixels) ideally, the photo dimensions should be 1024X768 pixels (max 3 MB). The drone camera photos are not allowed.
Photographs should not have been previously published in any print and digital media.
Minimal photo editing is permissible, but altering the photograph is not allowed. We assume that every photo submission is legitimate. However, if a photo is suspected of alteration, it will be rejected. No water mark within the photograph is allowed. The final decision resets with the judges.
By submitting your photographs you accept that you are the copyright owner of the photograph and that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Under our terms and conditions, the photographer owns the copyright and simultaneously grants the Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi for exhibition purpose.
Each entry should contain a certificate confirming that the participant is the author of the photograph, that he/she has not violated any law in taking the photograph and Agreeing that the organizers will not be responsible for any claims/suit challenging the authorship, or infringement on the privacy of any person clearly recognizable in the photographs(s) submitted.
The entries will be judged by a jury consisting of three persons experienced in the field of photography. The decision of the jury will be final and no queries or objections will be entertained.
By entering the competition all entrants confirm that their entries are their own original work, that they own the copyright in it, and that they haven’t infringed third party rights. By sending entries to this competition a photographer explicitly accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.
Certificates will be given to all selected participants Photographers and a colourful catalogue will also be published of this exhibition.
